ELYRIA, Ohio — A Lorain man wanted in connection with a fatal shooting last month in the parking lot of a local newspaper was arrested by federal agents Thursday in Iowa, the U.S. Marshals Service says. Antoine Richardson, 25, has been charged with murder after police say he shot and killed Isael Eduardo Rios on Sept. 2 in the parking lot of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram on East Avenue. Richardson also has been charged with felonious assault. The Northern Iowa Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Richardson in Cedar Rapids, authorities say.
