The Elyria Police Department announced Oct. 5 that Antoine Richardson, a suspect in the death of another man last month, is in police custody, according to a news release. Fundraising efforts underway for Elyria shooting victim's memorial expenses Arrest warrants for Richardson, 25, of Lorain, were issued for his involvement in the Sept. 2 shooting death of Isael Eduardo Rios, also of Lorain, near the Chronicle-Telegram, 225 East Ave., the release said. The U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force was enlisted to assist in locating and apprehending Richardson, according to the release.
