A 33-year-old Lorain man is fighting for his life after he crashed his motorcycle mid-morning Sept. 29 in Amherst Township, according to a news release from the Ohio State Highway Patrol Elyria Post. At 6:10 a.m., troopers from the Elyria Post of the Ohio State Highway responded to a single-vehicle motorcycle crash on state Route 113 near state Route 58 in Amherst Township, the release said. A preliminary investigation revealed that the man was operating a 2021 Harley Davidson Road Glide and traveling east on Route 113.
