Elyria Catholic athletic director Jim Piazza said his school's football head coaching position would be in high demand. From Ohio State, some of the Buckeyes' finest are on the scene to lead the new Panthers' regime, which includes former Heisman Trophy winner Troy Smith, Doran Grant and Elyria alum Chase Farris. 'You guys always hear about the brotherhood here at Ohio State, and I can tell you that it is a real thing,' Piazza said. 'To hear what they are talking about they really do believe in each other,and that is why they were so successful.
